Oh...I love this. In my neighborhood many of the driveways are all crumbled cement. Roots, weather and time have done their damage. I like them that way! I have a friend that wants to redo her driveway but I think its charming as is. My own...is in very good shape but it would not bother me if it wasn't. I hate seeing the new cement poured to the side of these 90 year old homes...it ruins the charm and I think the pea gravel with the garden down the middle is just perfect.
I may be misinterpreting the height at the center planting "crown", but this one looks better for a truck's clearance. But I would easily adapt this to a lower sedan, too. Great idea to be sure, and far more appropriate to an older home than blah gray concrete, or even colored concrete. Over and out, from the land of concrete...
